Four companies raised fish in the Murmansk region in violation of the rules

Four companies engaged in aquaculture on the waters of the region, worked with violations in the Murmansk region. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the region.

The inspection affected the companies Murman Aqua Fish, Nordkap-Maricultura, BLC-Fish and the Udarnik-3 cooperative. Specialists examined fish and land plots and found violations. Cages - places for breeding fish and others - were in poor condition, hydrobionts, that is, fish and other aquatic creatures were not marked. Veterinary regulations, forest and water laws were also not observed.

Part of the work went without coordination with Rosrybolovstvo, and on the sites there were extra structures. There were also problems with waste management.

Managers of companies made presentations. Cases were opened on administrative offences under articles on concealment of environmental information and work without coordination with Rosrybolovstvo. The prosecutor's office announced warnings about the inadmissibility of waste storage in forest areas. Elimination of all violations the Prosecutor’s office keeps under control.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that the company damaged the forest under the Polar Zorya by 517 thousand rubles.
