Four judges received new appointments in Rostov region

In the Rostov region there were personnel changes in three courts. On October 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing four judges.

Rimma Borisova has been appointed to the Rostov Regional Court. Since April 2016, she served as a judge of the Tikhoretsk City Court of the Krasnodar Territory. Thus, in the previous place she worked for more than ten years.

The Southern District Military Court was joined by two judges. Alexander Vladyka left the Grozny Garrison Military Court of the Chechen Republic, where he worked since December 2022. Another appointment was received by Alexander Lewandovsky, who since October 2020 was a judge of the Sevastopol Garrison Military Court.

The changes also affected the Arbitration Court of the Rostov region. Elena Arbatsky was appointed to the post of judge. Before that, she worked as an assistant judge of the same court, so for her appointment was a transition to a new position within an already familiar institution.
