Tasting of potato dishes and exhibition of varieties: the festival-fair "Belarusian autumn" will be held in Samokhvalovichi

On Saturday, October 10, in the agro-town of Samokhvalovichi, Minsk district, the festival-fair "Belarusian autumn: Potatoes" will be held. Fruits. Vegetables - 2026. This sb.by told the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

The event is organized by the Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS of Belarus for Potato and Fruit and Vegetable Growing.

The fair will start at 8:00. Visitors will be offered seed and food potatoes, vegetables, fruits, as well as seedlings of fruit and berry crops.

“Guests are waiting for the sale of agricultural products, exhibitions of varieties, tasting and entertainment for the whole family,” the department announced. On the exhibition platform, you can get acquainted with varieties of potatoes, vegetables and fruit crops presented by the NASB SPC and other organizations participating in the festival.

From 10:00 to 15:00 guests will have a gastronomic program. Visitors will be invited to tasting fried potatoes, field kitchens will work. In addition, at the festival you can try traditional and unusual dishes from potatoes, vegetables and horticultural products. On the territory of the festival, shopping rows and catering points are organized. A separate area will be prepared for children.
