Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Artem Tsuran emphasized the honesty and openness of the campaign:
- We have seen a well-established system that guarantees the implementation of the constitutional rights of citizens. Voting is fair, transparent and in strict accordance with the law. It is important that the process is monitored not only by observers from parties and candidates, but also by a wide institute of public observers, which confirms the legitimacy of the procedure and trust in its results.
