Deputy ZSK Teplyakov considered the appeals of Sochi residents on land and communal issues
Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Viktor Teplyakov held a reception of citizens in the public reception room of the Sochi local branch of the United Russia party

Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Viktor Teplyakov held a reception of citizens in the public reception room of the Sochi local branch of the United Russia party. Residents asked for assistance in settling the land and property dispute and checking the legality of charges for heating.
One of the appeals concerned the re-registration of a land plot owned by three individuals. According to the applicant Dmitry Vorobyov, an apartment building has already been built on this territory, but the issue of registration of land relations remains unresolved.
To determine the further procedure, it will be necessary to study the legal documentation, send a request to the property relations department and obtain additional information from the archive. Based on the results of the audit, possible legal mechanisms for resolving the situation will be determined.
Another appeal came from a resident of Sochi Irina Krasovskaya. She reported continuing heating charges in a 1956 apartment building, despite the actual disconnection of her apartment from the heating system.
According to the applicant, the lack of heating was confirmed by the act of the heat supply organization. However, payments for utility services continue to accrue, and the owner is notified of possible judicial recovery of the debt.
The deputy instructed to study in detail the circumstances of the application, check the documents confirming the heating disconnection, and establish the legal grounds for continuing charges.
“Every appeal requires a careful examination of the circumstances and documents. It is important not to be limited to formal answers, but to understand the causes of the problem, determine what solutions are provided for by current legislation, and help residents defend their legitimate interests. At the request of Irina Krasovskaya, targeted work will be carried out: specialists will study the submitted documents, the circumstances of the heating disconnection and the grounds for charging, Viktor Teplyakov said.
Following the reception, further actions were indicated for each of the appeals. Decisions will be made after studying the documents and receiving information from relevant departments.
