Director of the Kursk company received a suspended sentence for theft of blocks for 2.28 million rubles
The woman sold someone else’s goods for 2.28 million rubles

The Kirov district court of Kursk considered a criminal case against the 50-year-old general director of a limited liability company.
The court found that from 1 to 21 October 2025, the director knew that 200 pallets with blocks worth 2,280,000 rubles belong to the victim and are temporarily stored in a room on the territory of Kursk. Having no rights or agreements with the owner, she decided to sell them.
Under the pretext of renting the building, the woman asked an acquaintance to help sell pallets. She misled him by saying the blocks belonged to her firm. The director asked to place an ad at a price of 5,000 rubles per 1 m3, meet with customers in person, accept payment only in cash and transfer the proceeds to her. The acquaintance agreed.
No later than October 21, 2025, he posted an ad on the Internet. From November 7, 2025 to January 19, 2026, the defendant sold all 200 pallets (400 m3) for 5,700 rubles per 1 m3 for a total of 2,280,000 rubles. The victim suffered material damage on an especially large scale.
The court found the woman guilty and appointed 4 years of probation with a probation period of 2 years. The blocks were returned to the rightful owner. The sentence has not entered into force.
