In the Ryazan region completed the investigation of the criminal case on charges of the Director of a commercial organization in concealing the funds of the organization in a large amount, due to which tax collection should be carried out. This was reported in the press service of the regional SU TFR.
The investigation established that from May to December 2025, the suspect, managing an enterprise specializing in the transportation of goods, knowing about the presence of tax arrears, settled with counterparties, bypassing the settlement account of the organization he headed. Thus, the attacker hid in the amount of more than 5 million rubles.
Support of the criminal case was carried out by employees of UEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Ryazan region.
The property of the accused in order to compensate for the damage caused and ensure the execution of the sentence in terms of possible property penalties at the request of the investigator was seized.
Criminal cases have been sent to court.
