For investors in the Nizhny Novgorod region available 45 objects OKN

On the investment map of the Nizhny Novgorod region, another 30 objects of cultural heritage appeared. Now 45 such sites are available for investment in 19 municipalities.

In the cards of objects, potential investors can get acquainted with the characteristics of buildings, their condition and the proposed method of involvement.

Investment card is a bilingual public map of the region with information about investment sites, real estate, TOP and SEZ, transport infrastructure, minerals and support measures; it integrates the cadastral map as an additional layer.

Igor Ishchenko, CEO of the Regional Development Corporation, added that business interest in historical sites is growing, and entrepreneurs are creating a convenient tool for finding such buildings. Also, an investment proposal was developed for the adaptation of OKNs for hotels. The plans include the integration of the map with the portal of historical real estate in the region and the heritage platform.

The Nizhny Novgorod region is a pilot region of the project involving OKNs in economic turnover, which the Ministry of Culture of Russia and DOM.RF JSC are implementing on behalf of the President on bringing 1,000 OKNs in the country to a satisfactory state by 2030.

Andrey Lachugin, CEO of Regnemovestvo, is confident that the integration of historical buildings into the investment card will help attract investors, and the growth in the number of support measures indicates a growing demand for historical real estate.

The investment card was developed taking into account the requirements of the regional investment standard; all its elements have been implemented in the region.
