Debts of Yaroblvodokanal led to the blocking of accounts of the enterprise

The work of the state-owned enterprise Yaroblvodokanal was under threat after blocking accounts amid accumulated debts. The most serious claims were made by the energy company TNS Energy. According to her, the debt of the water utility for electricity increased from 84 million rubles at the beginning of 2025 to 668 million rubles by September 1, 2026. Power engineers said they intend to seek recovery through court. According to them, the debt in the amount of 378.2 million rubles in the near future it was planned to transfer for enforcement to bailiffs and banking institutions.

On September 29, TNS Energo published an appeal in which it expressed concern about the company’s ability to enter the heating season in a timely manner. On the same day, the arbitration court received a new claim of power engineers for 38.64 million rubles. According to Kontur.Focus, the bailiffs also had a penalty of 8.483 million rubles, and the amount of fines exceeded 1 million rubles.

Yaroblvodokanal provides water supply and sanitation in a number of municipalities of the region, including Myshkin, Uglich, Poshekhonje, Danilov, Breitovo, Rybinsky district, Lyubim, Big Village and Nekouz. In some areas, the company is also responsible for heating. In February 2025, water utilities of Rybinsk and Rostov the Great were united into a single regional structure. Since January 2026, Rybinsk heating networks and boiler houses have been added to the enterprise.
