House on Outpatient in Rostov will be demolished until mid-December

In Rostov-on-Don, they plan to demolish the emergency house on Ambulatory Street until December 15. The relevant tender was placed at the public procurement site on October 27.

The customer is the MKU Department of Housing and Utilities of the Railway District of Rostov-on-Don.

We are talking about a one-storey house on Outpatient, 34 liters A. The building, built in 1917, has a total area of 223.4 square meters and includes 7 living quarters. According to the portal DOM.MINZHKH, the house was recognized as an emergency in 2014, but the decision to demolish it was made only in May 2026.

More than 3.4 million rubles will be allocated for dismantling from the city budget. All work is scheduled to be completed by December 15. You can apply for participation in the competition until November 12.

The winner of the tender will have to do the work at a certain time. According to the documentation, the contractor carries out work only on working days: the start of work - no earlier than 08:00, the end - no later than 21:00 local time. Noisy work is allowed from 09:00 to 19:00 local time.
