Dronov called the Day of organs of state power special for Novgorod

Governor Alexander Dronov reminded that today in Russia for the first time celebrated the Day of public authorities and other state bodies.

“This is a special day for the Novgorod region. After all, it was here that the state structure of Russia was born. Even in the days of the Novgorod century, people understood that management is not a privilege, but a responsibility to others. This principle should remain the main one today, the head of the region wrote in his channel in the Max messenger.

In Novgorod region, more than 500 employees of state authorities have been working in their places for more than 15 years. And the service experience of twenty people has more than three decades. Over the past year, 245 new specialists have been added to state bodies, 55 of whom are young.

“It is important for us that newcomers can learn from older colleagues. To do this, we are holding a contest “Young Professional in Public Administration” and developing a mentoring system, Alexander Dronov noted.

The Governor thanked all those who daily faithfully perform their work, not remaining indifferent to the difficulties of Novgorod residents.
