One of the central topics of the meeting was the work of the International Friendship Club of the Leningrad region. It was established in 2024 to preserve and develop youth ties that were formed after the World Youth Festival.
According to Drozdenko, the participants of the festival continue to maintain relations, despite changes in external circumstances. The Governor noted that the International Friendship Club of the Leningrad Region today remains one of the leaders among similar Russian associations.
The head of the region also referred to the results of Russian research. The Leningrad region is among the leaders in terms of youth commitment to their native land, interest in history and traditions, volunteering and readiness to participate in the life of the region.
Drozdenko urged participants of youth projects to actively involve others in them. Each participant should become a source of positive change and pass on their activity to others.
