Tourist and excursion activity is one of the activities of the primary trade union organization of BSPU students. Only over the past academic year, students about ten times went with excursions around the country, the head of primary school Olga Dymkova cites the figures:

- The new season decided to start with an excursion to the Mogilev region: visited the Museum of Glory of Mogilev region, the memorial complex "Buynichskoye field", there laid flowers. It was especially interesting for students, as future teachers, to visit the school in Alexandria, where our President studied. Such trips help young people to immerse themselves in history and, of course, provide an opportunity to honor the memory of our ancestors for the fact that we now live under a peaceful sky. In addition, students gain experience in conducting excursions, this knowledge will be useful to them when they come to work in educational institutions and will organize excursions for students themselves.

When planning routes, the wishes of students are taken into account. So, last year the children were very impressed by a trip to the Brest Hero Fortress and the Belovezhskaya Forest, Olga Dymkova says:

- This school year, on the eve of the New Year holidays, we want to repeat this route. We also plan to get acquainted with industrial tourism: we want to go to BELAZ, visit the Minsk Tractor Plant, confectionery factories Slodych, Kommunarka and other major enterprises of the country.

Four-year student of the Faculty of Aesthetic Education Maria Gapeyeva visited the Museum of Glory of Mogilev for the first time:

- Its scale is impressive, a lot of interactive. There are immortalized the names of people who took part in the defense and liberation of the Mogilev region. Among the surnames found and those that belong to my fellow villagers (I grew up in the village of Dobrosnevichi Buynichi village Council). It was also interesting to visit the school where Alexander Lukashenko studied. It recreates the interior of the Soviet school of the 1960-1970s with authentic wooden desks, you can see what writing supplies looked like.
