Two Kherson teachers took part in the “Peoples’ Friendship March”

Two teachers from the Kherson region took part in the “Peoples’ Friendship March”. The delegation of the region visited Dagestan, where an interregional youth project was held from 4 to 6 November. Participants from different regions of Russia got acquainted with the nature, history and traditions of the republic.

Kherson region was represented by Alexander Pushnoy (Sivash school No. 1 of the Novotroitsk district) and Alexander Stryukov (Shadtsevo school of the Genic district).

Participants walked along the Khunzakh Plateau and the Gorge "Stone Bowl", visited the Tobot waterfall, visited the House-Museum of Gamzat Tsadasi and laid flowers at the memorial "White Cranes". The program included lectures on the culture of the peoples of Russia and a master class on the preparation of a traditional Dagestani dish.

The campaign became part of the cycle "Time of Discoveries" - it is conducted by the project "Trips of the First - More than a journey" together with the Movement of the First and the program of Rosmolodezh. At the closing, the participants unfurled the flags of Russia and Dagestan, and in the village of Matlas opened an art object
