Roofholes and rotten floors force families to survive on Fadeev Creek

Three families from the house No. 19 on Fadeev Street in Murmansk complained about the emergency condition of housing. Residents have to independently deal with dampness and the consequences of leaks. This was reported in the Popular Front of the Murmansk region.

During rains, water from the roof reaches the first floor, bricks fall out of the facade, and the floors are rotten. According to the owners, the management company “Solution” did not eliminate the main problems. In June 2026, employees of the organization promised to repair the roof, but the work was only partially completed. The holes through which water enters the house remain.

In order to somehow preserve housing, people independently lay decking and dry wet rooms with heat guns. At the same time, the management company, according to the Popular Front, is aware of the state of the building and declare that they are trying to solve problems as much as possible.

Public activists sent an appeal to the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Murmansk region with a request to understand the situation and achieve a solution to the problem.
