The Dzhankoy interdistrict prosecutor's office has achieved the recovery from a resident of Voronezh more than 55 thousand rubles - money that the victim transferred to fraudsters, and interest for using them. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.
According to the Agency, the Crimean became a victim of telephone fraudsters and transferred to the specified bank account more than 50 thousand rubles.
During the preliminary investigation, law enforcement officers established the owner of the account. She was a resident of Voronezh, who handed over her bank card to the attackers.
To protect the rights of the victim, the interdistrict prosecutor appealed to the district court with a claim to recover unjust enrichment and interest for the use of other people's money.
The total amount of claims amounted to 55 thousand rubles. The court upheld the prosecutor's demands. The agency called the account holder a "dropper.".
