Economy, social sphere, youth and tourism. What will be discussed at the Forum of twin cities of Belarus and Russia in Bobruisk

The next, 14th Forum of twin cities of Belarus and Russia will be held on October 9 in Bobruisk, BelTA reports citing the organizers.

As planned, the event will consider the possibilities of further development of twinning relations in the creation of sustainable formats of economic cooperation, the implementation of social projects. The focus will also be on culture and tourism as the most important communication tools in the twinning movement. In addition, a youth meeting of representatives of twin cities of the two countries will be held at the Center for Additional Education for Children and Youth of Bobruisk.

The program of the forum includes visits to institutions and enterprises of Bobruisk, a plenary session and meetings of thematic sections, as well as the signing of new agreements between Belarusian and Russian cities.

The organizer of the forum is the Belarusian Association “Twin Cities” in cooperation with the Bobruisk City Executive Committee and the International Association “Twin Cities” (Russia).

Prospects for the development of Belarusian-Russian twinning relations and new initiatives put forward during the meeting will be accumulated in the final document of the forum. In addition, the participants of the meeting will determine the Russian city, which will be transferred to the torch of the next Forum of twin cities of Belarus and Russia.
