Head of State Alexander Lukashenko heard the report of the Assistant to the President of Belarus – Inspector for the Mogilev region Nadezhda Kotkovets. The Belarusian leader was informed about the implementation of instructions given following a working trip to Shklovsky district on September 18. In the talk show “Budni” on the YouTube channel “SBTV” and “Alfa Radio” the topic was commented by the Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Alexander Shpakovsky, reports sb.by.
Speaking about the importance of improving the technological and organizational management of large farms, strengthening discipline, as well as eliminating existing shortcomings, the parliamentarian noted:
- The economic results of Belarus depend on technological and industrial discipline. And the daily life of every Belarusian is connected with labor productivity and corresponding economic results, the volume of products produced and its sale in foreign markets. Our model is export-oriented. Belarus is an agrarian and industrial state. We are not rich in natural resources. We have an intensive economy, which involves the sale of more than 70 percent of our products in foreign markets. That is, the more we produce high-quality, competitive products, the more we sell them, the higher the goals from the point of view of sovereign development we will be able to set and the more fully we will be able to meet the demand of our citizens for a constant increase in the level of material well-being. These are social guarantees, salaries, pensions, construction of social infrastructure, various facilities, roads and so on. Everything related to the comfort of life of citizens.

- The answer to that question is very simple. It is necessary to rely on the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026-2030. Everything is presented in the most accessible and objective manner, both in terms of our achievements and long-term development plans, as well as in terms of risks, challenges and threats facing our country. We fully implement the program – we will achieve high results. We will find ourselves in a difficult situation and facing the threat of an insurmountable lag in comparison with developed countries. We will partially do it, which means that there will be some results, but not exactly those that we would like to see. Alexander Lukashenko is a maximalist. He insists that we not only meet the specified indicators, but also slightly exceed them. Naturally, in this regard, strict and principled control over the implementation of his instructions is carried out.
Concluding the topic, the deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly stated that officials, officials, leaders of any level in all countries sometimes like to embellish their results and hide their shortcomings - this is a feature of human character:
The task of high-quality, effective management is to prevent the “warm bath effect”, when we will only admire and admire our achievements, while not noticing what is happening in the backyard. The president, as a businessman, certainly pays much attention to issues related to the real state of affairs. He cannot be misled. And I am surprised that there are people who are trying to lead the Head of State along the parade route over and over again. He is constantly coming down from it and going where it is not cleaned up. Because the Belarusian leader knows that this is where real problems are revealed, and he demands an answer from officials. This is done in order to overcome these difficulties and contradictions.
The talk show “Budney” is released on weekdays in the morning on “Alpha Radio”. Each issue discusses the most relevant topics from the life of the country and the world. Political scientists, scientists, public figures and journalists of leading media participate in the discussions.
