As it became known to MK, the official received money in the form of a kickback from representatives of a large transport company for transferring bus and tram concessions to Yaroslavl under its control. At that time, he was the head of the passenger transportation department. The Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow sentenced Nestolenko to 5.5 years in a strict regime colony. The Moscow City Court approved this decision, specifying that within 8 years the official will be deprived of the opportunity to engage in activities related to the conclusion of state contracts.
