The ex-wife of the assistant prosecutor “squeezed” the apartment from his mistress

As it became known to MK, the Second Court of Cassation approved the verdict of the lawyer and her accomplice, who organized a real persecution of the young woman. In December 2022, a criminal case was initiated against the former husband of an employee of the law firm. It turned out that the assistant military prosecutor colluded with other officials and on fictitious documents sold land plots of the Ministry of Defense with a total area of 45 hectares to neighboring horticultural associations. However, almost a big blow for his wife was the information about the presence of the Prosecutor’s mistress. The guard of the law supported her, bought a car for her friend and helped to buy an apartment in the house on General Glagolev Street. By that time, the lawyer and the prosecutor were already divorced, but the woman still took this fact as a personal insult. In addition, even once in jail, the official continued to help the lady of the heart – monthly transferred her 200 thousand rubles, paid for a trip to Italy, etc.

In the head of the ex-wife ripened a plan - to force the rival to abandon the apartment. She persuaded two friends of the Caucasians, who had experience in criminal cases (one of them, in particular, at the same time, fraudulently stole the living space of the deceased Muscovite), and they gave the young woman tough pressure. The men met with the owner of the house and said that the lawyer is plotting to kill her. And the only way to stay alive is to abandon the apartment in favor of an insidious person. Extortionists constantly intimidated the unfortunate and drove her to a suicide attempt. But in the end, the girl complied. In fact, under escort, she went to the MFC and re-registered the apartment for the former wife of the prosecutor. Finally, the lawyer even took pity on her husband’s mistress and transferred $ 1,000 to her. The girl left Moscow. True, she did not leave the sold apartment, but this did not prevent the scammer from quickly selling the living space.

In addition to the apartment, the mistress of the prosecutor lost her car and three mobile phones. The lawyer’s accomplices took the property from her on their own initiative. They explained that the “rescue” of the girl cost them dearly, so the car is a kind of “fee” for trouble, and mobile phones will become evidence in some criminal case. But after a while, the victim with the help of the geolocation program was able to determine that her phones are in Dagestan. Then the young lady realized that all this time she was deceived, and went to the police.

Khoroshevsky court sentenced the lawyer to 7 years in prison, and one of her accomplices – an apartment scammer – to 10 years. Another accomplice signed a contract and went to the SVO zone. The second court of cassation excluded “robbery” from the list of crimes of the Caucasian, since the charge of extortion in order to obtain property on an especially large scale actually duplicated it. Thanks to this man shortened the term by six months.
