Experts explained how Russians to take pension savings ahead of schedule
Certain categories of Russians have the legal right to early receipt of previously formed pension savings

Certain categories of Russians have the legal right to early receipt of previously formed pension savings. We are talking about funds that were deferred due to past contributions of employers or voluntary contributions of the citizen. This was announced by the Dean of the Law Faculty of HSE, a representative of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Vadim Vinogradov.
The lawyer specified that a certain part of the population has formed a special capital due to former corporate deductions or other sources permitted by law. Accounting for these finances is maintained by the Social Fund or the selected NPF (non-state pension fund), and their issuance is regulated by special norms.
The expert reminded that citizens born in 1967 and younger can count on such savings, for whom enterprises transferred funds before the freeze in 2014. In addition, the right applies to men born in 1953-1966 and women born in 1957-1966, if they were paid in the period from 2002 to 2004.
“In a situation where the funded part has already been issued, it will not be possible to change it to a one-time payment of the balance. That is why the optimal format for obtaining and criteria for appointments should be determined in advance, before submitting documents, the lawyer warns.
In addition, the format of issuing money directly depends on its volume. For example, if by the age of 55 for women or 60 for men, a person does not have the required 30 coefficients (PKI) or 15 years of experience for an insurance pension, the accumulated funds are issued completely at a time, regardless of the total amount.
Checking the availability of such savings, their exact size and place of storage is quite simple. To do this, it is enough to request an actual statement on an individual personal account on the website of "State Services", the expert explained.
