Elista will hear masterpieces of classics performed by honored artists of Russia

Residents of Kalmykia are invited to an evening of academic music. On the twentieth of October, Honored Artists of the Russian Federation Rovshan Mammadkuliev and Polina Fedotova will perform at the A. N. Manjiev Philharmonic. Guitar and piano will be played on the program "New Movement".

This cultural project has already established itself as an important bridge between capitals and regions. Its task is to share the best achievements of the national performing school and introduce the audience to the classics and modern repertoire. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic stressed that the project is also aimed at supporting and developing local education in the field of art.

The curators of the New Movement use a variety of formats of interaction with the audience – from seminars and lectures to full-fledged concert cycles. The program is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Rosconcert and the Fund for Cultural Development.

The program of the upcoming evening includes works by Paganini, Chopin, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov.
