The Vernadsky Foundation opens applications for the XXIV National Environmental Award

Non-governmental Environmental Foundation named after V.I. Vernadsky began the selection of the best projects for participation in the XXIV National Environmental Award. The award is awarded for significant initiatives in the field of environmental protection, sustainable development, energy saving, environmental education and biodiversity protection.
Individuals and legal entities, author groups, state structures, media, as well as children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 years can take part in the competition.
Applications are accepted in six nominations:
Applications will be accepted until November 26, 2026. Summing up is scheduled for the period from November 27 to December 5, and the solemn awarding of the winners will take place in December.
To participate, you need to fill out an online form on the Foundation’s website and attach a description of the project with a presentation.
