Public law company "Territory Development Fund" (FRT) summed up the results of the auction for the sale of the right to conclude an agreement for the assignment of rights and obligations of the tenant to land in the urban-type village of Naryshkino, Uritsky district of the Orel region.

According to the publication “Orelgrad”, we are talking about a plot with a total area of 3,399 square meters on Sadovaya Street. The initial price of the contract was 26.4 million rubles. An apartment building in Naryshkino was built by Domstroy LLC. In 2022, it was decided to restore the rights of citizens by paying compensation. After that, the land with unfinished got into the archive of objects for investment of the FRT. For several years, auctions were unsuccessful.

Recently, one bid was submitted for auction. It came from LLC “Specialized developer GrandStroy”. The firm offered an initial price. The Commission recognized the application meeting the requirements of documentation. Since it was the only one, the procedure was declared invalid. However, the facility has a chance to develop.
