Football agent called the arrival of son Talalayev a white flag for Baltika

Football agent Timur Gurtskaya commented on the situation in Baltika after the departure of sports director Armen Margaryan. This was reported in the sports media “Championship”.

According to Gurtskaya, a lot depends on who the club will take on the vacated position. If it is a person from the bloc who wants to see head coach Andrei Talalayev, then the management has full confidence in the coach. If Dmitry Andreyev comes, the positions will remain stable.

“And if a son comes, then it is not just a victory for Talalayev. This club has put up a white flag, the agent said.

“Hanging a white flag” means surrender and acceptance of defeat. In this context, Gurtskaya means that the club will fully submit to the coach and abandon the independent sports policy.

Gurtskaya also noted that he opposes the fact that the coach alone chooses players. In his opinion, this should be done by the sports department, so that the player does not leave with the coach in case of resignation.
