Tonight, October 8, at least nine petrol stations are released in Voronezh. The AI-95 is only available on three of them. Two more gas stations were seriously congested.
The biggest congestion is at Gazprom in Babakovo. Drivers estimate waiting times of 1.5-2 hours. The AI-95 is there. Also, a large traffic jam accumulated at the entrance to Tatneft on Ostuzhev Street: the speakers have about ten cars, the AI-98 is available. The situation was complicated by an accident on the North Bridge, where, presumably, three cars collided.

Lukoil at Grad - only AI-92, the queue is large.

If you need AI-95 without waiting, it is better to go to VTK on Lenin Street. The AI-92 can be refueled quickly on the Teboil on Red October or on the Heroes of Siberians.
