GC "Kronex" has built a sports ground and parking in the yard of Severodvinsk

In Severodvinsk, the developer of the residential complex "Turgenev" has landscaped the territory for residents of the district. This was told by the Deputy of the city Council of Severodvinsk Mikhail Starozhilov.

Apartment buildings in this area were built in the 90s. In the center of the huge courtyard, a kindergarten was planned, but a difficult time for a long time froze plans, and for decades nothing changed. Now the Turgenev LCD has grown here. The developer, the Kronex group of companies, took care of a modern playground, landscaping and residents who have lived in the area for many years.

- In fact, we have now received an example of socially responsible business, when a developer, solving his commercial interests, builds a building, sells apartments, but simultaneously implements the requests of residents of neighboring houses. What he, by the way, could not do, but he went on cooperation – made a sports field, parking, said Mikhail Starozhilov.

To the deputy in this district, appeals for the improvement of the yard went constantly, but it is not easy to find money for such a large territory, and it is not always possible to organize all residents. Parking and sports grounds have become a gift for the district, everyone can use them.
