Authorities at all levels, especially municipal administrations, should improve the quality and effectiveness of feedback to the population. About this in his Telegram-channel wrote the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.
According to the head of the Center for the management of the region of the Republic of Crimea Alexander Makar, at the moment the task is handled by the heads of administrations of Alushta, Sudak and Feodosia. Positively noted the work of the Deputy head of the administration of Simferopol Alexander Nikolaevich Semenchenko and the head of the administration of the Saka district Olga Alexandrovna Rossolovskaya.
It is necessary to strengthen work with messages and appeals in Bakhchisarai, Krasnogvardeysk, Nizhnegorsk and Soviet districts, as well as in the cities of Dzhankoy and Krasnoperekopsk. Kerch, Lenin, Simferopol and Black Sea regions received a negative assessment of their activities.
It was emphasized that rudeness and comments on social networks by officials are unacceptable. Such violations must be punished.
Earlier, Aksyonov instructed all ministries and departments to establish prompt feedback from residents, noting that he deals with this issue daily, and warning that he will check the execution of instructions by Friday.
In May 2026, Aksyonov warned officials that direct deception of citizens would be followed by immediate dismissal, and called feedback from the Crimeans the main criterion for assessing the work of officials. Then he cited data: in May, he received more than four thousand appeals, of which 185 were repeated.
In October 2026, Aksyonov also recommended reprimanding the heads of administrations of Simferopol and Simferopol district for negligent attitude to citizens’ appeals. The reason was complaints of Crimeans, which were not resolved at the local level, as well as failures in the schedule of public transport.
