The head of the Novgorod Ministry of Health congratulated surgeons on their professional holiday

The Minister of Health of the Novgorod region Valery Yakovlev published on social networks congratulations on the International Day of the Surgeon.

Valery Yakovlev thanked all the surgeons of the region for their dedicated work, noting that they sometimes have to make decisions in minutes or even seconds, and the composure they show in the operating room is produced by thousands of hours of training, sleepless nights and experience.

The Minister mentioned that Novgorod region has achieved high results in reducing mortality from cardiovascular diseases. This achievement is the merit of many doctors, including surgeons.

“Only the coherence of all parts of the surgical team makes the operation truly successful,” wrote Valery Yakovlev and wished Novgorod surgeons hardness of hands, accuracy of decisions and gratitude to patients for saved health and life.
