The head of Serpukhov met with residents of Pushchino
The head of the Serpukhov city district, Alexey Shimko, together with the deputy of the district Council Andrei Tikhonov and representatives of management companies, conducted a working trip to Pushchino and bypassed the territory
The reason was numerous complaints of residents: the contractor unilaterally stopped the work, which led to problems with cleaning public places and cleaning garbage pipelines.
The situation has already been corrected at a number of addresses. In the microdistrict "G", the house 25 is comprehensively cleaned adjoining territory, in the house 26 after adjusting the system, the regulatory parameters of hot water supply and heating were restored, in the house 31 the territory was removed and garbage was removed from the garbage chambers, in the microdistrict "AB", in the houses 21 and 9 the trunks and chambers of garbage conduits were cleaned.
Heating issues were discussed separately. Most houses in Pushchino are already connected, the remaining ones are planned to be launched today. Specialists also adjust individual heat points. In the current weather, when the street is about +12 ... +14 °, the batteries can be moderately warm: the system operates according to the temperature schedule and automatically adjusts to the weather. This allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature in the apartments and not waste excess heat.
Another important issue is the state of the garbage pipelines. The head instructed the Criminal Code to examine them in all houses and conduct an independent assessment. If it turns out that individual systems have technical problems and require constant cleaning, disinfection and disinfection, their decommissioning will be considered. Container areas are located near houses, so this option will avoid blockages, unpleasant odors and other problems with the maintenance of garbage conduits.
Residents also raised the issue of drinking water quality. According to MUP “TVK Pushchino”, a project for installing additional water treatment systems has been prepared. The possibility of its inclusion in the relevant programme is now being considered.
“For each appeal, further action was determined. We will monitor the work of the Criminal Code and contractors so that the decisions taken today are brought to fruition, said Alexey Shimko.
