The main thing is to love the land: on “Dazhynka” in Shklov, farmers revealed the secret of high results

The warmest congratulations and words of gratitude for the work today are to the farmers of the Mogilev region. In Shklov, which hosts the regional Dazhynki-2026, the winners of the regional competition are honored for achieving the best performance in the development of the agro-industrial complex. The ceremony is attended by the Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Krutoy, Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich, Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Anatoly Isachenko, Assistant to the President - Inspector for Mogilev Region Nadezhda Kotkovets, as well as heads of districts and agricultural enterprises, advanced workers, sb.by reports.

The celebration began with a spectacular presentation of caravans from the new harvest of all areas of Mogilev region. Holding Dazhynak is one of the bright traditions of the country, noted the Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Anatoly Isachenko:

Dazhynki is the result of a big rural year. Behind every ton of grain and every hectare of harvested fields are early rises, anxiety for the weather, responsibility for machinery, and, of course, a huge dedication to their work. Rural work is never easy. But it ensures the food security of the country and confidence in the future for every Belarusian family.

Among the districts, the leader of the current harvest was Shklovsky district. The contribution to the loaf of the region is large - 149.4 thousand tons of grain with a yield of 46.6 centners per hectare. The second place according to the results of harvesting among the districts was taken by Mogilev district. And as the Chairman of the Mogilev District Executive Committee Dmitry Mudrogelov noted, this achievement is the contribution of each farm: from large to peasant farms:

- This is not a victory of one manager or economy, it is the common work of people who spent the whole season in the field. For the region, this is not just a place in the table, but food security and stability. The most important thing is that we have people we can rely on. Now we are already thinking about next season, we are actively conducting field work: sowing winter crops, harvesting silage, harvesting sugar beets, vegetables.

Closes the three leaders Kirov district. By the way, this year three districts – Mogilev, Shklovsky and Goretsky – threshed more than 100 thousand tons each. Among agricultural and other organizations, the leader is the Pralesak farm in Mogilev district. The head of the economy Yuri Korshunov does not hide - he tried to work for the result:

Harvest-2026 ended for us with good performance. We once again confirmed that we can work efficiently and technologically in any conditions. The main result of this suffering is the significant contribution of KFH to the overall loaf of the region, as well as the country, stable prices in the domestic market and confidence in the future.

Yuri Korshunov has been heading the farm for thirty years. He was recognized as the person of the year in the Mogilev region, heads the regional Union of farmers, was elected to the district and regional Councils of Deputies. In the past, Yuri Korshunov is a citizen, and now his son is his right hand, his grandson helps on the harvest holidays. Today, the farmer has about 2 thousand hectares of land, cattle, a park of energy-saturated equipment. The average yield of grains and legumes this season was 65.2 centners per hectare. This season sowed oats, barley, wheat, corn, triticale, tried buckwheat. The boss says he ruined everything. Part for the state order, something for sale, as well as for the production of feed for their own herd.

The victory among the main agronomists was won by Alexei Slesarev from OJSC "Alexandriyskoe" of Shklovsky district, among the chief engineers - by Vladimir Karpechin from UKSP "Volunteer Farm" of Klichevsky district. On the first line among the combiners is Victor Milto from JSC "Alexandriyskoe". He threshed more than 4 thousand tons of grain, the result is satisfied:

- In agriculture for a very long time — officially more than 46 years, and if you count from the very beginning, from the seventh grade went to the harvester assistant. Over the years, the "Dazhynki" was more than once - went to the last republican in Zhlobin, and to the regional: in Klichev, Gorki, Round, and in Mogilev somehow took first places. The result largely depends on what you clean. The same rapeseed gives good conventional units in the overall standings. And began suffering with winter barley, then switched to rapeseed, and then to winter wheat. The harvest work in the field does not end. Now we are waiting for the go-ahead for harvesting corn for grain, but in parallel there is a huge layer of autumn work - we need to quickly and efficiently weed out for the new harvest next year.

- It’s always hard work, but this year everything went well. The harvest turned out to be good, bread was not laid, and the weather allowed. No matter how many years you give to agriculture, it is still very pleasant when your work is noticed and celebrated at the regional level. Thank you very much for not forgetting ordinary workers. To us and on the field constantly come right in time of suffering - awards, certificates, valuable gifts. Someone grumbles that they distract from the case, and I treat this only with a positive attitude. It's a nice distraction, you know, you're doing something important for the whole country.

On this harvest, by the way, 381 crews threshed more than 1000 tons, 60 - more than two thousand, 26 - more than three thousand, 12 - more than four thousand tons and four - more than 5 thousand tons.

In the list of youth crews is not the first time on the pedestal Sergey Drozd from JSC "Dawn after K. P. Orlovsky" Kirov district. The first line among drivers is Alexei Kolotov from the I. I. Melnik Oatmeal KSUE in the Goretsk district, among young drivers - from Alexander Andreychikov from Zarya Agrocombinet in the Mogilev district. Alexander is 28 years old, in the farm for the fourth season, this year calls one of the most successful:

- This season, he transported 7,700 tons of grain from combine harvesters - quite a bit did not reach the round figure of 8 thousand. In my four years here, this is my biggest and best result. For comparison, last season there were 6,200 tons. The weather this year was excellent and allowed to work normally in the field. This is not the first time on the regional "Dazhynkas". I went to my homeland – to Klimovichi, so there is already experience of participating in such holidays.

Alexander Andreychikov graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in engineering. On distribution worked as chief engineer in Shklov district. Even while working there, he recalls, I heard that there is such a strong and strong farm "Zarya". Now we live with our family in the Rivers of Mogilev district, the central estate of an agricultural enterprise, received an apartment in a new house from the farm, raises two children.

Among the links of operators of grain drying plants, the first place is taken by Andrei Baranov, Alexei Karneev, Viktor Kukhorenko from Zarya Agrocombinat CJSC. The awarding ceremony ended with a festive concert “Glory to the people, what do you pray for the earth”.
