City Hospital No. 4 in Kaliningrad received a warning from Roszdravnadzor due to possible violations in the provision of medical care and paperwork. The basis was the information received by the department from circulation. This is stated on the website of the Prosecutor General.
The warning materials refer to the treatment of a patient diagnosed with I25.8, another form of chronic coronary heart disease. According to the document, she was not prescribed or given a noninvasive imaging stress test to assess the risk of cardiovascular complications. At the same time, the submitted copy of the stationary map did not contain information about such a procedure.
In addition, informed voluntary consent to medical intervention, issued on February 26, 2026, did not comply with the form prescribed by law. Observations also arose to the copy of the patient’s stationary card itself: it did not correspond to the approved form of medical documentation.
The warning was announced on October 9, 2026. The document lists the requirements of the legislation on the protection of public health, the organization of medical care and the maintenance of medical documentation.
