Mountains of garbage in the Voronezh courtyard led to administrative proceedings

In Voronezh, administrative proceedings have been initiated against Ecotechnologies JSC. The reason was the complaint of a resident of the alley Polytechnic, the press service of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Voronezh region reported.

According to the applicant, in August 2026 the container yard in his area was overcrowded and the waste had not been removed for several weeks. The inspection of the GZHI confirmed that the regoperator violated the schedule for the removal of solid household waste.

Garbage from this territory was taken out only on September 3, although by regulations it should have been done much earlier. As a result of the audit, an administrative protocol was drawn up in respect of JSC Ecotechnologies.

The actions of the company are qualified under Article 7.23 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. This provision establishes responsibility for non-compliance with the regulatory level or regime for providing public utilities. For legal entities, the maximum penalty is a fine of 10 thousand rubles. The final decision will be made after considering all the materials of the case.
