Governor of Stavropol: overhaul of the bridge Sushkin in the Novoselitsky district will be completed ahead of schedule

In the village of Kitaievsky Novoselitsky district, the overhaul of the Sushkin bridge is nearing completion. This was reported by the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov. According to him, the readiness of the facility has already exceeded 90%, and the work is ahead of contract terms.

The main structure of the bridge has been updated. Now specialists are completing the arrangement of sidewalks, strengthening the curbs and performing final operations. According to the contract, the repairs should be completed by December, but, as the head of the region noted, there is a possibility that residents will be able to use the crossing earlier.

The Governor also reminded that this year 11 bridges are being upgraded in Stavropol under federal and regional programs. Four of them are under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, another seven are under the regional program for the development of the transport system. Since 2020, more than two kilometers of bridge structures have been updated on local and regional roads of the region.
