The abbot of the Kostroma monastery told viewers about the persecution of Orthodoxy

The press service of the Kostroma Metropolia reports that on October 6, with the blessing of Metropolitan Ferapon of Kostroma and Nerecht and at the invitation of the Public News Service, the abbot of the Holy Predecessor Jakov-Zheleznoborovsky Monastery, Archimandrite Kirion (Radionov) took part in the program “Frankly speaking”.

The topic of the conversation in the TV studio was one of the most painful for the modern Orthodox world the issue of persecution of Orthodox believers in Moldova and the Baltic States. Father Kyrion answered the main question: who and how helps the persecuted today and how to preserve faith in difficult times, without succumbing to fear and despondency?
