Then the attacker rented for a day for 150 BYN apartment on the street. Zakharova and under the guise of her real estate passed for a month to an unfamiliar man who turned out to be a foreigner. She charged him a fee of BYN 1,033.

The deception was revealed the next day. Another criminal case was opened against the fraudster. The citizen fully admitted his guilt, repented of what he had done.

- The accused has a basic education, she is not married, has not been officially employed anywhere, is the mother of six children, in respect of five of whom she is deprived of parental rights, was previously prosecuted for driving a vehicle in a state of alcoholic intoxication, Elena Ponomareva, a senior assistant prosecutor of the Partizansky district, commented on this criminal case by the state prosecutor. The court found her guilty of taking possession of property by deception (fraud) and on the basis of Part 1 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code, taking into account the previous court verdict, appointed the final punishment in the form of restriction of freedom without sending her to an open-type correctional institution for a period of 2 years 6 months.
