Instructions on technological connection to gas in the Pskov region: steps for applicants

Gazprom Gas Distribution Pskov JSC has prepared a step-by-step instruction for applicants who participate in the Pskov Region dogasification program.

Step 1. Application for gasification. The application can be submitted by the owner of the land plot or his representative by proxy. Available methods of submission: online on the website of the Unified Gasification Operator (EOG) of the Russian Federation, through the portal "State Services", personally in the office of the gas distribution organization (GRO) or in the MFC.

Step 2. Conclusion of a contract for technological connection. If the application is filed correctly, the specialists of Gazprom Gas Distribution Pskov will contact the applicant to sign the contract. Technical specifications are attached to the contract: they indicate the connection point, the applicant’s obligations for the preparation of the gas consumption network and equipment, the contractor’s obligations, the maximum hourly fuel consumption, the connection period and the validity period of the technical specifications.

Step 3. Preparation of documentation and construction and installation works. The gas distribution organization designs and builds a gas pipeline to the boundaries of the land plot. The applicant, in accordance with the contract, organizes work within the boundaries of the site: network wiring, installation of gas equipment. Services can be obtained comprehensively in JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Pskov or contact third-party specialized companies.

Step 4. Making an offer. After completion of the work and verification of the executive technical documentation (ITD), the applicant must have certificates of network readiness to the home and inside the household – they are signed at the invitation of Gazprom Gas Distribution Pskov JSC. These documents will be needed to submit an offer for the conclusion of a gas supply contract. The offer is submitted in writing to a single center for work with consumers of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pskov and Gazprom Gas Distribution Pskov.

Step 5. Conclusion of a gas supply contract. After submitting the offer, the controller of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pskov LLC comes to seal the meter and issues an act. Further, the applicant applies to a single center with a sealing act and a Russian passport to conclude a gas supply contract, as well as to obtain permission to insert and start gas.

Step 6. Starting gas and connecting communications. At the final stage, gas workers connect equipment to the gas network, install and check regulatory and measuring devices (meter, sensors, shut-off cranes), test the system’s operability, check the absence of leaks and pressure parameters. An important part of the stage is the instruction on the safe use of gas: it should be carefully listened to and transmitted to all family members.
