After hospitalization, the patient underwent a comprehensive examination, including computed tomography. Doctors found occlusion of the left iliac artery - blockage of the vessel that provides blood supply to the left leg and pelvic organs.
According to the chief doctor of the city clinical hospital No 7 Gleb Sobolev, there was a risk of complications, including kidney disorders. However, the fears were not confirmed: the man’s condition quickly improved, and he was recently discharged from the hospital.
