Due to outages in the Vladimir region, veterinary systems were transferred to emergency mode

The Rosselkhoznadzor reported on a temporary change in the mode of operation of information systems used for processing veterinary documents. The reason was an emergency power outage in the Vladimir region.

According to the agency, from 6:00 Moscow time on October 11, 2026, the federal state information systems VETIS and Saturn were transferred to emergency mode.

At the same time, the registration of veterinary accompanying documents continues in the prescribed manner. The Rosselkhoznadzor referred to the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated December 13, 2022 No. 862, regulating the corresponding procedure.
