The unique color palette of facades created by Leningrad scientists is 60 years old this year. For delivery in 2026 is almost ready five-storey street on Budapest street, 37, letter A, series 1LG-507. Historically, the house was white with green fronts. Colorists refined the appearance taking into account the opinion of the residents: the entrance groups received a nemarkium gray color, and the green color switched to the balconies.
Panel houses with finishing of small ceramic tiles began to build in the 50s. Over time, the tile absorbed dirt, dimmed and greyed. Until 2016, such buildings were not repaired – only cleaned. Over the past 10 years, the programs have already repaired about 500 houses, of which more than 350 have been repaired over the past five years.
