Personnel units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Pskov region celebrated a professional holiday

On October 12, employees of the personnel staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Pskov region traditionally celebrated their professional holiday, the department told MK in Pskov.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region, police major-general Alexei Ovsyannikov addressed with congratulations. He wished the specialists good health, achieving their goals, peace and harmony.

At the organizational and methodological meeting with employees of the personnel units of the Internal Affairs Department, the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Pskov region (who oversees work with personnel) and the chairman of the Pskov regional organization of veterans of the internal affairs bodies Nikolai Severinyuk also spoke.

Speakers stressed that the work of the human resources service went far beyond formal recruitment and training. An important part of the activity is taking care of veterans, the families of employees who died or suffered in the line of duty, as well as maintaining a healthy moral and psychological climate in the team.

It is noted that in modern conditions, the role of the personnel service is especially high: any mistake in personnel work can have serious consequences, therefore, psychological sensitivity, objectivity, tact and high competence are required from specialists.

The event ended with a solemn award ceremony: employees were awarded departmental awards for exemplary performance of duties, personal initiative and achievements in work.
