Vladimir Kozlovsky noted:
- There are certain profiling methods that allow you to calculate a suspicious person. Some alarming signals can be noticed even by an ordinary citizen. What to pay attention to in the crowd? A dangerous person, as a rule, is dressed out of season, he has a large bag with him, he can hide something under clothes, his eyes run, he sweats a lot, nervous, his hands shake, answers questions briefly and looks around.
The representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs added that such a person should pay attention and transfer information about him to the nearest police line. Avoid narrow passages and do not keep your hands in your pockets: the interior Ministry reminded the rules of safe behavior in the crowd
