Kaliningrad region increased exports of agricultural products by 13%

Exports of agricultural products of the Kaliningrad region over the past period of 2026 increased by 13% compared to the same period last year. This was reported by the Minister of Agriculture of the region Artem Ivanov.

At the end of last year, the region increased exports of agricultural products by 4% compared to 2024. Then the region took the sixth place among the subjects of Russia in terms of the volume of such supplies.

About 70% of exports are oil and fat products. The region also supplies fish and canned fish, which are in demand in Russia and other countries.

Despite the changes in international logistics, local manufacturers and processors are finding opportunities to increase sales. The Minister also noted that the share of agricultural products in the total exports of the region is stable at least 75%.
