Kalinkovichi meet regional festival-fair "Dazhynki-2026"

Today, October 10, in Kalinkovichi sum up the harvesting campaign of the Gomel region and honor the workers of the bread field. The farmsteads are already happy to welcome guests, the most delicious exhibitions are waiting for visitors, and very soon the heroes of the harvest are bathed in applause, writes sb.by.

Each district wants to surprise guests, so in the farmsteads they treat the most delicious honey and weave lace products from vines, surprise with unusual cheeses and wrap in delicate Belarusian flax. At the festive locations, winding music sounds, and from meat and cheese delicacies a map of the Gomel region was laid out. The very first guests have already visited the updated local history museum, the opening of which was timed to the regional festival-fair "Dazhynky-2026". At 11:40, a solemn procession of the advanced harvesting campaign is planned. Moreover, this season, each delegation will surprise the audience by showing the highlights of their districts. The opening of the festival on the main stage will take place at 13:00. The best of the best will receive well-deserved awards.
