I agree with the predictions that all winter months are expected to have a positive temperature anomaly. As for the amount of precipitation, they are not forecasted for the winter, this is done only for a month in advance, the expert said.

According to her, so far, the information for November is known - it promises rainfall close to normal - 53 millimeters.

At the same time, the weather forecaster stressed that without snow, Russians will not remain.

So I think that we will not stay without snow in winter, Pozdnyakova added.
