Caludians advised to maintain mental health

Today is World Mental Health Day. It was established in 1992 with the support of the World Health Organization.

On this day, educational marathons, scientific and practical conferences, lectures, webinars and charity events are held. All this so that people remember that taking care of their mental state is as important as taking care of their physical health.

According to the Ministry of Health, in 2024, about 4 million people were registered in Russia with a diagnosis of a mental disorder or behavior disorder. Two-thirds of them are patients with depression and anxiety disorders.

At the same time, experts believe that the real prevalence of depression is much higher, just many do not seek help.

As reported by “MK in Kaluga” earlier, Kaluga asthmatics are encouraged to ventilate the apartment more often.
