Congratulations to School Libraries

Today is the International Day of these Institutions.

International School Libraries Day was established in 1999 with the support of UNESCO to highlight the role of the school library as an information and educational centre. It is there that students are helped to learn, develop skills in searching and analyzing information.

On this day, it is customary to collect books for the needs of libraries, meet with authors of works, hold conferences, competitions and exhibitions.

As reported earlier, the Kaluga Museum of the History of Cosmonautics announced the schedule for the holidays.
