Kaluga region in a new interregional religious route

Two spiritual centers of the Kozel district entered the two-day tour “Religious heritage of the Tula and Kaluga regions”.

This, in particular, the convent in Chamordino and the monastery in Optina desert. It is with them that the route begins, which then passes through Belev, Odoev and Krapivna and follows to Tula.

“The tour is all-season, its length is 250 kilometers,” the regional government said.
