Kamchatka businessman passed a criminal scheme involving Chelyabinsk

Investigators from the Kamchatka Territory opened a criminal case on the fact of commercial bribery after one of the local entrepreneurs came to the guilty party and said that he transferred kickbacks to one of the leaders of the Chelyabinsk company.

The businessman told investigators that he was asked by the head of the administrative and economic department of one of the commercial organizations of the Chelyabinsk region to conclude contracts for catering builders in Petrovpalovsk-Kamchatsky, and then transfer ten percent of the proceeds from each contract to him. The scheme operated from May 2024 to October 2025. In total, during this time in the form of "kickbacks" to the Chelyabinsk region from Kamchatka "fled" more than 1.6 million rubles.

What prompted the entrepreneur after a year to appear guilty, is not reported, but this visit resulted in a criminal case. Now the legal assessment will be given to both the person who bribed and the person for whom the bribe was intended.
