Captain Viktor Fedorov will represent the Kursk region at the contest of precinct

Residents of the Kursk region chose the best precinct year by online voting. It was the captain of police Viktor Fedorov from the Northern police Department.

Its plot is the densely populated Deriglazov Avenue and E. Klevtsov Street in Kursk.

Viktor Fedorov has been in the organs since 2019, and immediately went to the district offices. In his opinion, it is this service that gives tremendous experience and the legal basis on which all further work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs rests.

Precinct is a special profession: here you need to be a generalist, constantly grow and understand the law well. Captain Fyodorov does this very well.

Appeals of citizens are very different: from household situations and administrative violations to serious criminal cases.

The ability to find a common language is Fedorov’s strength. He is fully immersed in the work and is always ready to help the residents of his site.

Now the winner of the regional stage will represent the Kursk region at the All-Russian competition. The final stage will be held in late October in Moscow.
